- Engaging with C-level executives to inspire, define, and execute enterprise cloud migration strategies, demonstrating thought leadership and a proactive approach to migrations.
- Collaborating as part of a cross-functional team to identify, develop, and close deals.
- Assessing migration feasibility, identifying dependencies, and overcoming obstacles.
- Working with development, infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams at the customer side to identify repeatable patterns and architectures for cloud migration.
- Design, implementation, or consulting experience with distributed applications.
- Experience leading datacenter or cloud migration projects.
- Prior leadership experience in managing engineering or technical teams.
- Broad experience across Enterprise IT in multiple areas, such as: Infrastructure architecture, Database architecture, IP networking, IT security, Data center operations, Software design or development.
- Deep expertise in both private and public cloud computing (e.g., AWS platform), including technologies and architectural best practices.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand the customer's IT landscape, identify opportunities, address technical challenges, and influence AWS adoption in alignment with business needs.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with a high level of comfort when interacting with both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience architecting complex use cases using AWS services and multi-vendor environment technologies.
- Familiarity with hypervisor technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Xen).
- Hands-on experience with networking and database replication technologies.
- Experience in designing, building, and operating enterprise-scale IT infrastructures.
- Familiarity with discovery and migration toolkits.
